IVR - Interactive Voice Response

Important Info

Karnataka Banks Customer have to make a call from their registered mobile number with Karnataka Bank to the designated Toll Free IVR number i.e. 1800 425 1444 or Landline No. 08022021500 for donating funds. It is two-step process i.e. customer has to make two Toll Free calls to IVR No.

Step 1: First Call ,

Customer has to select the beneficiary temple (as Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy Temple), amount of donation and thereafter OTP (One Time Password) is generated & delivered to customers registered mobile number through SMS

Step 2: Second Call ,

He has to enter the OTP received through SMS and can donate the amount to Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy Temple.

1 ) Open the Any BHIM UPI App (Phone pe, Gpay, Paytm, Amazon pay…)

2 ) Tap on the Pay or Send icon.

3 ) Your camera will open to scan the QR code

4 ) Scan the QR code
